- If we try to take a payment from you and are unable to, we will charge you a £6 late fee
- To prevent this from happening, make sure you have enough funds in your bank account to cover the payment - we always send SMS and email reminders before a scheduled payment, so you have time to make sure you have enough funds available
- You can always save another card on your account as a back up should your first fail for any reason (if you do this, and your first card doesn't have enough funds, the secondary card will automatically be charged. If you don't want this to happen, please ensure you have enough funds in your first card)
- You can check your order and instalment status, update your payment info, and make a payment at any time online or in the Zip app
If any of your instalments are late, you won't be able to pay with Zip again until these instalments are cleared, and we may have to use debt collection agencies to recover your outstanding balance.
