You can easily update your email, address or phone number, using the Zip Customer Portal. Simply click here and follow the below steps:
- Log in via verification code using either your mobile number or account email.
- After entering the 6-digit verification code sent to either your phone or email, once logged in you will be brought to your Dashboard.
Under the Personal Information section, you can update your account email or mobile number by clicking Edit next to either.
- To update your mobile number or email address, select Edit next to it, enter your new email and click Save. You may be asked a few verification details before you can save your new email address. Once complete, you will receive an email notification confirming your new account email.
- To update your account address, click Edit next to "Address", update your address information, and click Save.
