The Merchant Portal is the platform you will use to track all of the orders made through Zip. Here, you can see each transaction from individual customers and the total payout amounts and corresponding dates from Zip. Not to be confused with the Customer Portal where you can direct customers to track their orders.
How can you gain access?
When integrating Zip your Integrations point person will grant you access to the Merchant Portal—once you have confirmed the email address you would like to use.
When your access has been confirmed by your Zip point person, you can log-in with the email address and password provided, or you can select “Create or Reset Password” and create a new one.
