- Open the Zip app and select Orders
- Select the relevant order, then select your Zip card
- Show the next screen to the instore colleague - it provides all the information they need to complete your return and add the funds to your Zip account
Please note, refunds won’t be correctly processed if they’re refunded to your debit card directly. They must be refunded onto your Zip card in order for them to be reflected in your instalments.
