Since we rebranded, some of our customers have experienced difficulties opening the Zip app.
In some cases, this can be resolved by deleting the app, and downloading it again from your app store.
Unfortunately for some customers, after doing this, they're still unable to use the app. We're really sorry for the inconvenience this causes and are doing everything we can to resolve this issue.
In the meantime, you can still shop using Zip via our website.
