You can update your account info via the Customer Portal or Zip App
Zip App
Follow the below steps to update your email using your Zip mobile app.
- Log into your Zip mobile app on your phone.
- At the bottom, select Account.
- At the top of your screen simply click Edit next to your name, email and number.
- To the right of your current email address, tap Change.
- Enter your new email address twice, and hit Save.
To update your address using your Zip mobile app, after step 3 simply enter your new address (below "Phone Number") and hit Update.
Note: You cannot update your phone number via the Zip app, which must be done through the Zip Customer Portal. See below.

As mentioned, your account's mobile phone number can only be updated through the Customer Portal.
