There are a few other reasons why we may decline a purchase:
- You must have enough money in your account to pay your first instalment
- You also need to be up to date with any other Zip instalments - you won’t be allowed to pay with Zip if you have outstanding instalments on your account
- If you’re using a one-time card, you need to enter the amount you plan to spend in the app before you can complete your purchase, this is so we can generate a card for the right amount
- We have chosen to block purchases at certain stores selling restricted items
