If you notice multiple charges on a successful order, don’t worry, you haven’t been charged multiple times. This is likely to be because:
- You placed a successful order after an unsuccessful one
- You placed multiple purchase requests - this would generate multiple pre-authorisation charges, you won’t actually be charged for them
- We may have attempted to collect your first instalment, failed initially, then been successful on the second attempt. This can create what looks like two first instalments - don’t worry, you’ll only be charged for one . But only one of the payments posted to an order.
