If your purchase with a one-time card fails, it’s usually because:
- You’ve tried to make a purchase with an expired card number
- Your one-time card only works for the purchase it was generated for - if you want to make another purchase, you’ll need to generate another card number
- Certain websites automatically save their customers’ card details - the details from a previous one-time card may have been saved, but can't be used
- When asked how much you plan to spend, you entered an amount lower than your actual purchase total - try again and enter the total order amount or higher (you’ll only be charged for what you end up spending)
