In progress: If you notice that your order status stays ‘In progress’ for longer than expected, it could be that it wasn’t successfully placed.
- To cancel this order, select Cancel then Confirm
Processing: Your order has been authorised by the merchant. We give merchants up to 7 days to process an order, once they begin this process your order status will update.
Open: Your order has been initially accepted by the merchant.
- If you requested funds for a higher amount than your order total, it can take up to 13 days to update your account with the correct total
