If you are still struggling to log into your new zip account you might like to try the below instructions:
If you can't log in to your Zip account, you could be using the wrong email address, mobile number or the wrong website. Firstly please check that you are logging in to Zip UK website (there will be a UK flag in the top right-hand corner). Click << here >> for the UK portal.
Then try the following:
- Check that your mobile number is the one you used to sign up for your Zip account. If you have more than one mobile number, try searching for text messages from Zip UK.
- If you are using the correct mobile number and you are not receiving the SMS verification code. Please check you have typed your mobile number correctly or alternatively you can try logging in using your email instead.
- Once you have entered your email address you should receive a code, via your email account to log in.
