If you have payments to make on an order in your old Zip account and have missed a payment you will be subject to the terms and conditions at the time you placed the order. From 1st February 2021 we changed our fee structure where we applied two fees: one late fee of £4 when you miss an instalment and then another £4 default fee 7 days later should you miss it again. We now apply just one fee of £6 should you fail to settle your outstanding instalment after the second time we try to take it.
